Our courier can deliver flowers to: Alkimos, Butler, Burns Beach, Banksia Grove, Clarkson, Currambine, Carramar, Carabooda, Eglinton, Iluka, Jindalee, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Yanchep, Two Rocks.

 Please note we do not deliver to: Guilderton, Woodridge, Neergabby, Gabbadah or any other suburbs that are not listed above, thank you.

DELIVERY FEES

Our standard delivery fee is $18.95 regardless of the destination, as long as it is within our delivery postcodes. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on how busy we are on a given day. While we will do our best, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order.

Standard Delivery times are as follows:

  • Residential addresses are done by 6pm.
  • Business addresses are done by 5pm.
  • Schools are done by 3pm.

We also offer a Priority Delivery option for orders that need to arrive by 12.30pm. Please note that conditions apply.

CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY

At CHICA BUNCHES, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11.00am. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, unless sold out earlier. On Thursday & Saturday orders must be placed before 10.30am. We are closed on public holidays and Sundays (except Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day).

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

Our courier always goes extra mile to insure that flowers & gifts been received in person, but on occasion where the recipient is not home, or doesn’t answer the door their flower delivery will be either left at the front door or will be returned back to our studio depending on the initial customer request given at the time of order being placed. 

To ensure your delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

If weather is wild and we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the recipient by phone provided it will be returned to our studio and additional charges may apply for redelivery, however we do offer pick up from our home based studio as an option.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Our courier takes photos of all deliveries that have been left unattended. Please note, that we do not take responsibility for flowers or gifts being stolen after it is delivered.
