Delivery Areas

Our courier can deliver flowers to the following suburbs:
Alkimos, Butler, Burns Beach, Banksia Grove, Clarkson, Currambine, Carramar, Carabooda, Eglinton, Iluka, Jindalee, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Yanchep, Two Rocks.

Please note, we do not deliver to:
Guilderton, Woodridge, Neergabby, Gabbadah, or any other suburbs not listed above. Thank you for your understanding.


Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery Fee: $18.95 regardless of the destination, as long as it is within our delivery postcodes
  • Priority Delivery: If you need your flowers delivered by 13.00pm, we offer a Priority Delivery option for a surcharge of $8.00 on top of the standard fee.
  • Re-Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery will be made for $18.95 between 9.00AM – 6.00PM.

Delivery Days

We deliver Monday to Friday. We regret to inform you that Sunday (with the exception of Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available.
Please note: We reserve the right to pause or adjust delivery availability on certain days if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

Any changes to delivery days will be communicated in advance whenever possible.


Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Delivery ( excluding Public Holidays)

At CHICA BUNCHES, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before cut off time, unless we are sold our earlier.

  • Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday unless sold out earlier.
  • Thursday Orders must be placed before 10:30am.
  • We are closed on all public holidays, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays, except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Standard Delivery Times

  • Residential Addresses:
    Deliveries are made daily between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, except Thursdays.
    On Thursdays, deliveries are completed between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  • Business Addresses:
    Deliveries are completed between 1.00 PM and 5:00 PM.

  • Schools:
    Deliveries are completed between 1.00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Priority Delivery

  • All Priority Deliveries are completed between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

REDELIVERY 

  • Completed between 9AM – 6PM

Urgent Delivery Requests

If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (e.g., the order is placed after the standard cut-off time and needs to be delivered the same day), please call us directly at 0466 786 811 during our business hours (Monday to Friday) to notify us of your request.

While we will always do our best to accommodate urgent orders, please note that this does not guarantee we will be able to fit your delivery into the same day. Urgent requests are subject to availability and schedule constraints.


Conditions of Delivery

  • Recipient Availability: Our courier makes every effort to ensure that the flowers and gifts are handed to the recipient personally. If the recipient is not home or does not answer the door, the delivery will either be left at the front door or returned to our studio, depending on the customer’s instructions at the time of the order.
  • Address & Contact Information: To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please make sure the recipient’s address and contact number are complete and correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or any issues that arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer. Double-checking details helps us deliver your flowers smoothly and on time.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to return the flowers to our studio if we cannot reach the recipient. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, pickup from our home-based studio may be arranged.
  • Specific Delivery Times: While we understand the importance of timing, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times (e.g., exactly at 2:30 PM). However, we do guarantee delivery within the designated time frame based on the delivery type selected (e.g., standard or priority). Our team will always do their best to accommodate requests when possible, but exact times cannot be promised due to variable delivery conditions.

  • Delivery Notifications: If you have selected the option for a text message notification, a message will be sent to the recipient to inform them that the flower delivery has been left at the door.

    Please note:
    It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the correct recipient mobile number is provided at the time of ordering.
    If the mobile number is incomplete, incorrect, or missing digits, our couriers will be unable to send the text notification.

    We recommend double-checking all recipient details to ensure smooth and successful delivery.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery confirmation emails are sent automatically by our system once your order has been delivered.

To ensure you receive this notification, please:

  • Provide a correct and valid email address during checkout.

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Our courier takes photos of all deliveries that have been left unattended. Please note, that we do not take responsibility for flowers or gifts being stolen after it is delivered.
